InuYasha sniffed the air, his eyes scanning the forest sharply.  He knew the kit was nearby.  After Shippou had flung the spinning top at him on his head, knocking him down until it had spun out, the kit had immediately run off as fast as he could, laughing hysterically as he went.  Once the top had shrunk and died InuYasha was on his feet and after him.  The kit was good, the hanyou had to admit.  He could barely catch a whiff of him but his scent was still there.  When InuYasha found him, he was going to pound him good.
